My Favorites BBQ Sauce. 

1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
3 tbls  Worcestershire Sauce
Garlick Salt to own taste
1/2 cup Onion
1 pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Brown Sugar,
mix well together
Make and store in plastic jar.
Improves over a few days but keep in a fridge/Eski.



Camper's Breakfast
Beef/Pork Sausage
Bacon chopped
Onion sliced
Hash Browns
Eggs
Grated Cheese
Cook Sausage, Onions and Bacon.
Heat Hash Browns on Hot Plate or fry pan
Beat eggs lightly add pinch salt/pepper
Slice cooked sausage chopped bacon and sliced onions together
Put in hot fry pan, pore eggs in and mix lightly together.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and heat over a gentle heat
until eggs are set and cheese melted.
Spoon over Hash Browns.
(1 sausage 1 egg per person).

BBQ Chicken
4 Chicken Breasts
4 Slices of Cheese
4 Slices of Ham
Bread Crumbs Optional
1or2 Eggs (depending on whether bread crumbs are used or not).
Aluminume Foil
Spray oil,
Cut Foil to be able to wrap each Chicken Breast and filling,
Spray with Cooking Oil,
Cut a slit in the side of the Breast  careful not to cut right through.
Fill pocket with a slice of cheese and a slice of Ham,
beat egg/s with a pinch of salt and Pepper.
Dip the breast in the beaten egg being careful not to lose the filling,
Place on the Oiled Foil wrap, making sure the edges are sealed.
This can be cooked on a BBQ Plate or open fire coals,
Cooking Time 30 to 45 minutes  turning half way.
Open Foil bags with care as there will be steam and it will be very hot
